Release
The first half of the breathwork involves breathing in a way that creates stress on the body. Stress that gives you the opportunity to express somatically what you have suppressed. This can look like crying, shaking, anger, sound, or even laughter.
Repattern
The second half the breathwork is much more gentle. During this portion of the session we call in elevated states of feeling and new mental patterns. You will see clearly and feel more deeply how you want to show up in the world.
